Return / exchange of goods
- In case of return of defective Goods, the Company undertakes to pick up defective Goods and replace them with similar goods. In the event that the Company does not have similar Goods, it undertakes to return to you the money paid for the Goods.
- Defective Goods or an error must be notified by e-mail. by mail firstname.lastname@example.org on the same calendar day as the Goods are delivered.
- When returning or exchanging the Goods purchased in the E-Shop, we will ask you to fill in the provided letter of return or exchange of the Goods.
- Depending on the type of Goods offered by the Company, you have the right to make a claim to the Company on the same calendar day from the day of delivery of the Goods for discrepancies noticed later and recorded by acts. In this case, the Company undertakes to examine the claim within 1 (one) business day and, in case of a reasonable claim, replace them with goods that meet the quality requirements or return the money paid for the Goods.
- In all cases, the money for the returned Goods is transferred by payment order and only to the payer’s bank account.
- Return policy does not apply to:
- When the goods are perishable or the goods, the expire date is short;
- When packaged goods have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
